DF-730 stapler problem

Hi, I've got an upset customer.
When stapling from 10 to 30 pages, it starts "stacking the pages squew"
and when it stapls it, it only staples the first couple of sheets together.
I have replaced those rubber finger things p\n (shl09430) -

Still doing the same thing.
Anything els I can check???

i would look at the rollers in the bottom of the finisher where the paper is flipped over. If youve never noticed there are some feed rollers that take the copy coming out of the machine sends it down out the bottom of the finisher then pulls it back in to flip the paper face down, you could grab it and make a jam happen. I have had these machines skew the copy in this step of the process.
