Just looked at one of these today that is really faded out. Can barely see the image on the page. has new toner cartridge installed. I left them a loaner while I try to check it out. I hear a click in the toner gear area at times. Is there a problem with toner delivery to developer on these. Just thought I would check with you guys first as I don't service alot of copystars....thanks all!!!

A toner drive issue is possible. You might also want to look at the mag brush to make sure it has formed properly. If not, try cleaning the doctor blade and manually checking mag brush formation to see if there is an improvement.

In occasions this problem refers to transfer, checks the roller of transfer and his(her,your) bases. They manage to break. Luck
