Purchasing 2 TaskAlfa 500ci

We're planning to purchase 2 TaskAlfa 500ci. We plan to run about 50k pages/month. We'll be paying about .007 for the service contract. We purchased it with the mailboxes. With our production, would these types of copiers be sufficient? Are there any other recommendations?

Those should work fine, well under the maximum monthly volume for those machines.

these are awesome color copiers! i went to school on them! do you need color? if so yes great for your volume! if just bk and white they have faster models like the km8060

Well this machine is pretty good, the color, settings, softwares. it is really reliable box, i think 50K monthly will run without problem since its monthly maximum amount is 200k. Its 40 page per minute, but if you looking for faster color check the new kyocera color machine.(toshiba box)

Is that for B/W only and a different price for color? Does that include all supplies or is it a parts and labor contract only? Thats a good price for B/W. Color should be 10 times that price. Make sure on the charge for color copies.
