    Kyocera KM-3035

    Dear Friends !

    I have Kyocera KM-3035.When i make copy after producing the copy an error occurs. it says"PLS change to printer screen and check".The print comes out is half printed.Somtime it cuts the print from rear or somtime from top.
    Please suggest me what to do?

    what does it say on the print screen? It may have something to do with paper size being set wrong.

      maybe paper orientation problem....

        Indication is...." Error has occured pls change to printer screen and check.

        This is happening from both the cassettes and the by pass feeding.
        Its happening even we take print from PC or make copy.

        Plz suggest more to do

          This message will appear when a printer error occurs and the machine is in a mode other than the printer mode. Press the


          [Printer] key to switch to the print mode screen and the corresponding error message will be displayed

            Go to device settings and change your emulation under PDL to PCL5 and see if this takes care of it. I would check your firmware on your print sytem and IB21E to make sure they are up to date. Last but not least update your Kyocera Print Drivers.
