hello guys i have a df-71 that keeps jamming in the conveying area. the jam code is 081. any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated.

what size of paper and direction (8.5 x 11 or 11 x 8.5) is it jamming on? troy

the model number is km-5035 and the direction of the paper is letter speed.
