    Taskalfa 300ci

    I have installed a new Taskalfa 300ci is working fine but I just want to know how to enable the orginal preview on the control panel. So when you place a orignal on the platen glass you should see a preview on the control panel. many thanks.

      I will go check out my copier right now... and see if I can figure it out... I'll check back in 15 minutes...

          this issue is to be firmware supported in the august 2009 firmware release... if that doesn't work for you then its probably not supported yet...

          I will keep searching...

              called the help desk

              no copy preview

              there is a fax preview, scan preview and document box preview but no copy preview...
