    Kyocera Mita 6330

Is there a reset for the finisher on this model? one of my techs was testing the stapler and got an error code. I do not know the code he did not write it down. Now it says that the finisher is out of order remove from machine.

    Thanks

10871087 Sim 906 resets all disabled units. I would recommend pulling the finisher away and running sim 000 - choose bottom selection (code count list), it will print out a list of all codes and count of each. On the bottom of the page it will give you the last code the machine displayed and the date it happened.

    Good luck!

        906 reset

Hello Dean, you might try going into the machines service mode. 1087,1087, and push the print button. You'll have a choice of three modes. One will print out all the simulations, the next will print all jams, and the last will print all service codes. Do this before re-attaching the finisher and make sure the machine is unplugged from the wall before disconnecting the finisher. Once you have done this, enter 906 on the keyboard and push execute in the display. This will reset the copier and give you some idea what's wrong. Good luck!
