I have a customer with a Kyocera 1620 that has a C3 code I don't have a manual. If someone could let me know what that code is I would appreciate it.

your code is incomplete. supposed to be 4digits, but if i remember right the display isn't big enough, so it alternates between c3 and the rest, like c3 switching to 200 and then c3 again.
either way: the 3000 segment is scannercarriage/lamp/optics. for the 1620 its only 3 codes: c3100-scanner carriage problem, c3200-exposure lamp problem, c3300-optical system (agc) problem. servicemanual is just under 6 mb pdf. and it's free for selected people
