I sell 2 c1020mfp color multifuncional printer the next day both customers complaint that this machine takes 30 second before the first copy came out. so the next day I change the machines for KM-2820 and both customers are now happy. Any idea why the c1020mfp too slow?

$1200 for a desktop color copier, printer, scanner and fax machine? You know there's gotta be a catch. Most color copiers take a lot longer for the first copy output. Even the Taskalfas 250 and 300ci take about 8 seconds for the first copy.
