I installed one km-2820 at customer site copy mode and print mode are ok fine but when we received a fax the machine request to load MP. In our country we use A4 paper the default def paper size are in A4 type plain paper. So I have to change the default to letter althought we use A4 in the setting and put paper A4 in MP in oder to received faxes otherwise paper won't came out.Any suggest ?
