    KM-C2630D and the KM850D color copiers

    Can anyone tell me how reliable were the
    KM-C2630D and the KM850D color copiers?

    Both of those machines were nothing but problems in the field. The KM-C2630D was slightly better, but still a piece of garbage.
    But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

      I sold 4 machines in 4 accounts and lost 3 and will probably lose the 4th

        850=crap, but late models (like last 6 months of production) ok mechanically after they sorted out most of the trouble. unbelievably slow on colour, slow first page on b/w, crap colour quality. early models absolutely a nightmare. just breaks down.

        2630: slow as shit too, but except for crappy colour quality, not that bad. with optional sep. claw kit on fuser it hardly stops.

        but both of these machines are really old now. 850 introduced in 2003 and 2630 in 2004 i guess. both discontiniued in 2005. because they essentially are crap. 830-850-2630 and fs-c5016 are Kyoceras wall of shame.
