    Somebody knows how to reset the command center or the machine?

      If you have access to the web interface, it's under "admin settings" I think. Under the second tab, tick the box/boxes you want to reset and click okay.

      NOTE if the machine has an admin password set, you'll need to enter it at the bottom of the page before clicking "ok"

          Does anyone know if it is possible to change the brand ID in the Engine Maintenance section? and if so, does anyone know the right Ricoh Brand ID?
