KM-4850W, Print Utility won't go over 48"...

Seems like when I make a custom size over 48" the controller sends the job to the error queue. It says I can go to 237", but it doesn't seem to want to do it. I want to throw it out of the window.

Also wondering about pdf support for the print utility. I saw a knowledgebase entry that seemed to say that they are not supported...

If you want to increase the length of paper, you have to select in Simulation mode U273. With regards to PDF it needs a license for this (RSP file for PDF)
