Kyocera c5030 dropping black toner

I am having issues with several of these machines, they seem to be dropping black toner in spots from the DV unit. Some machines have 50,000 pages other have under 1,000. Replaced Black DV unit, Drum, and cleaned, will work for a couple of days and then start back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

can you give me the toner coverage of each color.
because there is a special engine version and command to prevent these problems?
