    KM-C2030 C-3C50

    Anyone ever heard or had one of these error come up. Cant find it in the book and kma hotline is down today apparently.

    My guess would be one of the counterfeit codes. Check the fuser to see if it was triggered falsely (usually is, never seen one triggered legitimately). The copy should have stopped midway through the fuser (presumably to have a record of what was being copied). If the machine is similar enough to the KM-C2230 that came after, then you should be able to reset it by holding down the little reset button under the OP panel for a few seconds, powering on the copier (still holding down the reset button), and releasing the reset button after around 10 seconds. To get to the reset button, open the front cover, look for a small door under the OP panel that is held shut by one screw, remove door, (looking from underneath) find the two microswitches on the small board, the short one is the one you want if I remember correctly. Try it a few times using different hold-down times (5,10,15 seconds) if it doesn't work flawlessly the first time.
