Have customer that moved copier out of town. They are trying enter the IP address, but claim 6482 isn't working for the admin code under Utilities....any ideas?

2200 might work to get into the network configuration.

Stop 00, Stop 01 should get you into Service Mode on that machine. It's a rebranded Konica so the usual KyoceraMita passwords don't apply. Other passwords to try for that machine:
