    Kyocera KM-4850 COPY ISSUE

When making a copy I am getting a 1/2 inch band on the page of text that was actual printed 3 inches to the right. Like it is scanning the data in and then putting it in 2 places on the page? Before this latest incident we had been getting blank pages off and on over the last couple of months and we would unplug and reseat the cables going to the ISU PCB and the print would come back but tried that now but no help! We reflashed firmware but no help. I have ordered the ISU and the IPU boards but not sure which one is the problem or something else? Just wondered if anyone else has seen this problem? Print jobs are fine and the first thing i did was restring all of the coronas as i have seen all kinds of weird problems when a corona is arcing, but no help!

It turned out to be a problem with the CIS scanner assembly! So $2900 dollars latter it is fixed! I can't believe how much they charge for that part!
