Going to swing by a call tomorrow, the customer says when doing 2 sided, the rear side registration is off about an inch. Is there an adjustment for that or am I needing to look at a clutch or something? Not for sure if it's a consistent problem or not......thx

Doing this on prints and copies? I guess you'll find out tomorrow. Start with the image adjustments paying special attention to 2nd side adjustments. Once those are dialed in as close as they can be, then you can experiment with loop settings. If not working, then you'll probably have a long day cleaning clutches.

Its only used as a copier. I'll find my manual and check out the simulations. If it varies, i guess I'll be looking at clutches. Is there just one to be focused on?

It was actually the feeder needing rollers, causing skews.
