kmc4035e kx driver pc server issue

we have no problems with the kx driver on the pc... it prints everything fine... in particular an excel document with pictures...

with the shared kx driver on the server, we have a problem... it prints but chops up the images... some show others don't show and they are oversized...

my question... is this a server issue or a print driver issue... our server is windows business server 2003...

and pc is vista business...

It could be a server issue if the server is trying to do too many things. I had a similar issue at a customer's office years ago. Not only did they have 20 or 30 printers being served on this one server, but it was also their BDC. We ended up moving the printer that was having the problem to a different server to fix the problem. Maybe try moving the printer to a workstation that isn't used much and sharing it from there.
