    KYOCERA 4050 Connect error

    My company does a lot of scanning for record keeping purposes, and we use the kyocera 4050 and the kyocapture software.

    Monday I used the machine fine, Tuesday I came in and nothing was entering the document warehouse. The machine printed out an error report sheet which states, Error Type: Connect.

    Any ideas? If you need additional info I'll give you everything I know but that is everything I've got thus far

    My IT department has tried thoroughly to correct this issue. It is connecting to our server (located across the street) and I can view all the folders and everything. But still the same error.

      Nevermind I fixed it. Rebooted my server
