My company does a lot of scanning for record keeping purposes, and we use the kyocera 4050 and the kyocapture software.
Monday I used the machine fine, Tuesday I came in and nothing was entering the document warehouse. The machine printed out an error report sheet which states, Error Type: Connect.
Any ideas? If you need additional info I'll give you everything I know but that is everything I've got thus far
