FS1128 and multipage booklet

Hi,
have a FS1128mfp that a customer is trying to use to print 5 copies of a booklet. The problem they are having is, it prints the first page once, then the rest of the pages 5 times.

any ideas WHY?

How are they setting the job up? Are they using some sort of cover mode?

No idea. Haven't been out to see.
