A costumer complaint that the MP tray is not working all the time.
Costumer has tray1 as default but sometime they use MP for letterhead.
I configured the MP tray as first priority and empty off that means when costumer open MP tray insert a paper it will automatically feed paper from MP without asking to load paper to the MP tray.
Normally tray 1 is using for printout.
We try it out the day before many times it's works fine. Next day costumer call me again for the same issue the MP is not working properly. Any Idea how to solve this problem.
By the way it's a new machine.
