    CF-3102, white lines in feed direction, intermittent..

    And also seemingly from only one or two colors, Magenta in particular. New customer and I have no experience with this machine.

      Hey Oyster,

      My first guess would be trash in one or two of the dev units... Change the magenta and try.

          Thanks Raymond. I am going out there on Monday or Tuesday for the first time. I had the customer run Gradation and that's what he's telling me. Another tech replaced the Transfer Belt with no luck. I'll post back when I know more....
