Could somebody tell me how to remove the image drums from this printer please!

First you remove all toner cartridges. Remove all container guides (black plastic guides on right side, one for each toner cartridge). Remove the two screws for the RFID holder, then flip it up and out of the way. Pull out the intermediate transfer unit to expose the drum units. Once the drums are exposed, just pull each one straight up to remove.
