      Couple of quick questions for:

      1. Are you using a mail server that is local to the network (via LAN or WAN)?
      2. Are you using an email address that exists on this server?

Most of the time, this ends up being an exchange security that won't allow fake email addresses to send outside of the domain. The two things you can do are as follows:

      1. Create the mailbox on your mail server and then enter in the email address, username and password into the copier so it is then able to send out.
      2. Whilelist the copier on the mail server by either IP address or DNS name so that your server will allow anything from that IP / name to send out.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
