problem with Kyocera mita KM-2530

hello ,

the machine kyocera mita km-2530 some times work normally without any problems

but most of time when I make a copy

machine tries to make me a copy of large format or 2 copies
and it makes me paper jam


I made an initialisation of all memory the machine work normally, but after 2 or 3 days the same problem returns

If someone has already had this problem please help me to solve

Could use a little more info, as in Jam # and where is the paper.
Does it have the lastest firmware,the last one is date Feb 09?
Do u have power (hydro filter) in line?

machine indicates that the Jam 50 paper are in fuser left door , but in reality the paper came out
as it wants to make another copy .

the firmware is old where I can find the latest
is this Interface Firmware NS-30 ?

Look at the exit unit about the fuser. Make sure the two tabs that mount the unit into the frame aren't damaged. Also check the one way clutch on the one end that has a belt. Last time I replaced this the clutch was $13 but the whole unit was $30. Makes sense.
