Kyocera fs-4020

I have an issue with fs-4020 two user print on that printer and it response very slowly .
If you print a document with 8 pages, after one page came out it took 3 or 4 seconds for the next page and that 4 seconds for another page .


All these document are text document so. Any idea what to do?

If they're using Windows 7, try the Uni PCL driver.

I know it's 2 years late, but did you get this problem resolved? Did you check the emulation on the print driver and printer? Occasionally bizarre settings can cause problems like this. Also, firmware can sometimes clear these issues.
