Does anybody know how to clear the "INSTALL MK" message on a FS9120DN, without having to install a maintenance kit? I've checked all the manuals that i have but none of them even mention this message.
I've tried the latest firmware, because when this message is displayed it adds an additional item to the menu called "Maintenance" and from experience on other models, selecting the item normally clears the message, but on this machine it doesn't. I've also installed the maintenance software on a flash card and had a look in the maintenance mode. from there i reset all FRPO parameters, and also ran U002 (i forget what its called), but still.
