    Kyocera KM-4035 Touch screen

    HI friends

    I have problem with display position on touch screen. I entered diag U201 Initializing the touch panel and pressed center of upper left and lower right + . Everything was fine until next morning. I did it again and my customer is calling me again saying he is having the same problem.

    Is it problem with touch screen, or there is something else to adjust ???

      Check for dirt between the touch screen and the plastic control panel.
      but if so you will have to change only the touch screen
      I have changed some in these models
