    c6000 error on CS-1820

    I was new once.

    I'm pretty sure you need to run a simulation to reset any of the fuser codes for this model. I think it might be 163 but I'm not 100% on that.

      If you can't enter service mode, try this:
      Power off, open top cover, power on and enter service mode.

        Here's the real way to reset that fuser code.


        First open top cover then turn on power.
        press system menu/counter
        arrow down to service
        press and hold start, # then enter keys
        arrow down to maintenance
        press enter
        arrow down to Sim 163
        press enter
        select execute
        press enter
        turn off power then back on
