We buy from Officetek USA. About $89.00 for 512mb. 866-633-4238 They also sell HD-10's and replacement HDD for HD-4me that work really good.

thanks but as i am in the UK and not a Officetek customer the part number means nothing.
Do yo know the speed of the memory ie 2100 ddr and the number of pins
