kip 3000 locked up

hi, have kip 3000 thats has locked up with a print in the job queue on the user interface screen. Cannot clear or delete! Have rebooted the machine twice. the print job is just saying processing..only have 1 of these machines in the field so havent a lot of expierience with these.Had a couple of hours of disassembly training a few years back,but very little on the sotware Is there a way to reset machine without clearing any settings.Had to leave this evening as got to customer late.Shutdown the the machine and left it plugged out so it may be cleared when I go back tomorrow.Then again maybe not!!..Hope its a simple fix,,any advice would be apprieciated for tomorrow or future referencemany thanks

Hi all, in the end had to use a disk ordered from the manufacturers to completly re-install updated software,apparently this is a known problem,anyways seems ok now though,
