Kyocera df-71u finisher

Hi I have a kyocera 5035 hooked up to a DF-71U finisher when i try to staple it does not. I get no error code. Is there someway to test the stapler.

Go into Service Mode and go to 906 (which is unlock locked-out components). Execute that and then try the stapler again. To get into Service Mode, enter on key-panel '10871087'

Thanks for the help . but I tried that and no luck. is there anyway in maint. mode i can test the staplers.

The only other thing you can do, that I can think of, is to go into Maintenance Mode 246... Hope this helps

Thanks I tried 246 but still no good. I don't think both staplers could be bad at the same time. And there is no error code. In maint mode i can test the solenoids and motors, but i do not see anything about testing the stapler. Also if anybody knows where I can get a shop manual for the KM5035 And DF-71U Finisher Thanks.
