machine asks for new toner.After the new toner replacement the indicator lamp was not turn off.Also the indicator screen display an ''AP'' i think this is the paper but the paper tray is full.When i ask the customer in what condition this happened hi says that he was trying to feed paper from the by pass because machine was frozen with the toner light on What should i do to fix that?I dont have the service manual can anyone help please?
