I have a kyocera km-2820 and somethimes false paper jam occur or the paper stops in the printer before it reach the fuser.
If I analyze the paper the image on the paper started late 2 inch to the bottom of the paper.
The event log 20.01.08.01.01 this occur 16 times.
It's a new machines almost 9570 in two months.
The lastest firmware has been download and the input voltage is correct.
Any Idea?
