    cant get firmware to update (km5050)

    hello all
    i am a Sharp tech but got this one last week under contract. how do you update the firmware?
    i read the service manual. downloaded the firmware, unzipped to my flashdrive, inserted flash into copier, turned the power on, and the machine just normal boots. Why isnt it updating the firmware?? any hints or tips would be great. thanks in advance!!!

      nevermind figured out that you need to unpack the folder. Sorry, brain fart!!! thanks anyways
