    Copystar 4530 C610 HELP!?!?!?!

I just took in on trade a Copystar 4530. It has a C610 Code. Most likely a main board, right? Well here is the concern. The Company that held the Service Contract before put a new main board in this machine 8 months ago. I would hate to put a new one in , sell the machine (w/Serv. Cont.) just to have this go bad again in 8 months.
Is there anything that would make the board go bad? Does anyone have any insight? I greatly appreciate your help.
    Thanks,
    Mike

Check the DIMM(S) on the memory pcb. Good luck!

First Thing We Thought Too. The Machine Was Moved To This Location After 1st Board Was Installed. Power Is Clean At This Location. Any Other Suggestions Would Be Appreciated. Thanks

Just for giggles and grins, how many copies on the machine and has the PM been done? We've had issues with worn drums causing high voltage arc's, which can give you an eroneous code. We even had an issue with a drum carriage assy. To this day it still throws a code. Do you have another machine to swap the main pcb and or dimms? With a price of $1005.00 to repair pcb, much caution..

I have also seen a warn drum cause bad things to happen. Most often it will cause the dv bias to get way out of wack and pull developer.
