Hello

I encounter the same problems on two models C5020 FS, my concern is the following on a no black and no other yellow, while the cartridges are new and no error message being shown on the panel, Developers and drums seem in good operating states.
Do you have an idea of the problem.

There are motors that drive the drum and developer units. Try playing musical motors see if you get any different results. You can also try swapping the drum units as well, they're all interchangeable regardless of color.

Have you check the ribbon cables comming off the print heads?
