    FS-C5020N issue

    hi,
    i have a FS-C5020N printer that prints the paper with red background. without the tonner it stops. i replaced the cyan toner but the problem returned. I have noticed that only when i am printing in color the paper comes out of the printer with red background. i have cleaned the printer but it still dose the same.

      Defect led head or drum charging or dev try to swap the drums they are the same for every color and make a test print

          thank's for the reply... unfortunatly i leaved from work i will try this first thing on monday and i will reply again...
