    [Jamming] 500ci problems

    I went to an account 2 weeks ago and it was having some issues printing. So I did a Firmware update and it went all to hell after that. There was a tech Bulleten out about a gear flag that goes to the sensor for timing issues, I replaced that gear flas on the job separtor which help. I am still have a problem when the paper gets fed into the finsher that it jams up. I have a 3000 pages finsher with a Booklet maker on it and it works when it staples. Also when it goes into the cavity it works, but when it goes to B , C and the top tray in the cavity it goes too hell. Anyone have any Ideas on what I should be looking at

      Did you flash the firmware with the finisher connected? You should if you didn't.
      Have you tried to reset with sim 906?
      Try it because sometimes it will clear up problems you wouldn't think it would help.
