KM-5035 Stapler problem

have a km5035 and DF-71U finisher. I cannot staple. there is no error code. tried 906 did not work. any suggestions.

Take the staple unit out and check the head of the staple, see if there is any stapling stucking at the head in wrong way, remove them. also check the staple unit holder that are inside the finisher, use your light and check inside it, if there is staples stucking there, or if the small plastic cover that cover the small board is still there. if non work try to use brand new staple and check if it works. if not it will be the staple holder problem.
