KM-C2525E - one side isdark through DF

    Hey,
    I need help for KM-C2525E.
When I make a copy with the DF, one side is dark, as if there was a leak
light. There is no problem with printing and copying by platen. I searched the solution in
vain. If you've ever had this problem or if you have the solution, help me.
    Thank you

We have seen that problem on more than 1 machine and found that by adjusting the mirror frame 1 on one side of the machine it has cleared up that problem. Usually the front. You will have to take the exposure lamp loose to get to the screw that holds the frame to the scan wire. Once you break that loose move the mirror frame a slight amount on the wire and the tighten everything back down and test it. We try to look and see if the mirror frame is not exactly square to the scan frame. It always looks very close. Good luck!

Well also check before the Df cable from the back, if some pins is broken or it is lose. also try to go to service mode and there is mode to adjust automatically the Df. try that also. i faced problems like this before some of them fixed by changing the exposure lamp. but if copy from class is fine, try open the class clean the class and as our buddy mention before try to adjust the mirror frame.
i had this problem with the new color taskalfa, it fixed by formating the harddrive and updating the firmware.
