KM-4035 firmware needed?

My office has a series of KM3035, KM4035, and KM5035's we are having an Issue where From any tray we can set the Feed to be LT-R and the Original in same Direction when Paper is Empty we get Empty Tray Msg. but when we set it to LT Direction we get Jam 14 Msg. (which requires a power cycle to reset)
We have switched Feed Units Cleaned all Feed Tires, ect. pretty much have tried everything Mechanically to fix this but it still comes up like that. Is this related to Firmware and can you provide a Link to download them for these series of machines?

Yes it is related to firmware, but the firmware is on kmaconnect website, and you need to have an account there in order to download it. if you do not know any one, may be we can discuss the way to ship for you by cds.
