    FS-4020DN

    Hi,

    I installed this printer unpacked it installed the toner cartridge for the first time.
    About 15 minute the toner took to replenish. After that I decide to print a report I noticed that the menu button & ok button not response. On the display you see that the printer is in Ready state. After that I decided to update the firmware but still the button on the control panel does not response.

      Hi, do the buttons move up/down ok and sort of click? if not they could be stuffed.
      Take the top cover off and check that the connector is fully plugged in, it may be from manufacture that it was not fully inserted.

              When you touch the up or down and all other buttons you can hear it beeping but the display stay on Ready, or if you press the menu button it will stay on Ready.

              Any idea?
