Km 3035 light copy

Hello friends, My KM 3035 runs 60,0000copies so for, I replace only Drum unit after 30,0000copies nothing else , the copy quality is too light now I use original toner , Every day i visit the customer and vacuum the developer unit ,run toner refresh 130 code also Drum refresh then the copy become live but the next day the copy too light,
so what should I replace or what i do more to have a good copy quality,the machine make 600000 copies so for ?
Please need help,if it need parts to be replace then give details please.

I would try changing your developer unit or possibly your transfer assy... but before that I would check that the power coming into the copier is staying at 120v all the time... if not it can do wierd things...

you use original drum unit? read SM and try to sim 101

OK thanks friends for your help and time, Yes i use Original Drum and also trying to adjust with SIM 101 but same result,To day i PUT the hole Developer unit in other machine and get light copy there, then I bring the Other Developer Unit to my KM and get perfect good quality image, So there is some thing in the Developer unit,so I replace the MG roller or Doctor Blade or there is some VR to adjust or Replace the hole Developer Unit that is very expensive here in my Town?

Have u checked copier self print?clean the scanner,LD units and check charging roller
