This Parts & Service manual can now be purchased for $11.77 and downloaded immediately after payment from The Internet's largest collection of manuals

The "waste toner near full" message should disappear in a day or two. I've never managed to clear it manually.

A new PCU will need sim U130 or "New Developer" in the Service Settings menu. I know it's on the 1820. You'll probably need to turn the machine off and on for it to add toner.

I'm not sure these machines have a drum counter.

To enter service mode on a KM-1815:

        Press "System Menu/Counter" key.
Select "Service Setting" using up/down keys.
Hold down "Start" key, "#" key and press "Enter" key.
Use up/down keys to select "Maintenance Mode".
        Press "Enter".
Use up/down keys to select appropriate maintenance item and then press "Enter" to run the item.
Press "Back" key to select another item or turn power switch off/on to exit maintenance mode.
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.
