    [Misc] Anyone have Kyocapture install instructions ?

    Hi Guys,

    We have a client that has kyocapture on two machines. We had to replace the hard drive in one of the machines. Now I get the kyocapture icon on the machine we replaced the drive on, but it does not work. Any suggestions? The guy that set this up for our company no longer is with us... go figure.

      What model machine did you replace the HDD on?

          It was a 3035. Turns out the command center has input for Kyocapture server and port settings. That's what it was missing. It uses the IP address that you input to connect kyocapture to the server address using port 37169.
