I have programed the Kyocera KM-5050 with department codes and job codes for one of my clients, and went back recently to add a few more for them. I entered them through the Web (both times), I entered the codes in the address book and also in the user login. When I go back to the copier to check the codes, the unit won't reconize the new codes. The new codes are listed in the user settings but not in the user job settings?
Has anyone come across this problem or have any idea of what I can try to fix the problem? I know it must be something I'm over looking but can't seem to get out of my own way to find the problem.

P.S. I can enter the job user code manually, but want to show the client how to enter them from the web (which is much easier).
