    Taskalpha 300ci printing vs copy

Have a machine tha prints just fine but when you make a copy of the print the copy color is way off.
The print is perfect, i have ran 410,412,464 drum and developer refresh ,firmware update and no luck
with the copying process. With the prints find do we have a problem with the scanner or isc unit or a board problem.machine only has 13,334 copies.

Clean the Optics, 99.9 % of the time that is the case, it can be the scanner as well, but I'd check the Optics first, since it only happens when copying and not when printing

            not an imaging issue

Since the prints are ok, the image formation items of the amchine are in good order. How are the copies "way off?" Are they too light/dark? Does orange look green? Please specify. Also, how were teh scanner components, i.e. mirrors, glass/slit glass, etc., cleaned?

All where clean with a clean toner cloth and the colors are not fill in good and the colors are usely light than the print image that comes out the of same machine. In other words it like it coping in ecno mode or 50dpi.

Out of curiosity, is scanning to a PC setup at all? If so, what do the scanned images look like when sent to PC via SMB or email scan or FTP site?
