Km-2820 fax receiveng problem

How can i clear all data,because the fax is been receiving one data but when i print its all its the same,pls help me how to clear to this, try to delete but i cannot..pls help any possible idea thanks...

Hi, This may not work but I had a KM-2560 that had 2 jobs locked in the staus/job cancel monitor on the m/c and they were just processing. would not print could not print any other jobs could not cancel them. tried turning off the m/c still there. just out of curiosity i did U906 and that cleared them. not the same model as your problem m/c but you never know.
